In Chacarita and Villa Soldati Neighbourhood, we built collective housing in height. We built buildings with ground floor plus two more levels connected through a central courtyard, to which the main expansions of the houses turn.

In the ground floor we located the local services and the accesses to the upper levels of the household. Parking conform an independent functional unit. We proposed the improvement of the lighting and natural ventilation adding yards with character of community urban space.
