For the new Centre, we respected the existing building typology of the ground floor and the mezzanine, which helps with the maintenance and adaptation of the installations without having to intervene the occupied spaces.
We delimit public and technical areas with different circulations and we built pedestrian accesses for exclusive public and another car one to help with the transport of blood and hydrogen products.

The technological features and the chosen materials are due to national and international biosafety regulations.
