The building, located between Balcarce and Corrientes St., was designed in two stages of work.

The first one, which is already finished, has a total area of 7.256,13 m2 and consists of 5 levels: subsoil with the machine room and general deposits, ground floor with the main entrance and 3 upper levels with court blocks.

In the second stage of work, which is still in process, we are working on a total area of 7.163,10 m2 distributed in 5 more levels that will lodge different prosecutions and secretaries.

In both stages, we thought about the efficiency in the use of spaces so that the flow of people was well distributed and allowed a better synergy when working.
